From inception TRC understood that we wanted our end-customers to gain maximum impact from Office 365 and in order achieve this, we needed to change the way Partners sold and maintained their Office 365 customer relationships. Together TRC and MS have developed three Office 365 Sales Masterclasses for our Partner sellers, which upon completion, the Partner sellers can demonstrate their Office 365 sales competence. This is an exciting new programme and we are confident this will drive business results and anticipate extending this as part of our multi-cloud service Partner strategy.
