Gary Garnett
Managing Director, Founder, L&D Consultant
I have 30 years’ experience within the IT sector, the last 16 spent working with Microsoft and within the Microsoft Channel. I relish the opportunity to work with business owners and management teams focusing on supporting their business change and sales capability. I hold post graduate qualifications in Learning and Development, Coaching, Sales and Change Management.
Andrew Driver

I’ve worked with IT and Sales professionals in the UK and worldwide for over 20 years. As a trainer, presenter, a pre-sales consultant and a facilitator. I’m passionate about technology and helping businesses and individuals make the best choices.
James Wilson
Learning & Development Consultant
I’ve been working in and around IT for the past 10 years, the latest 7 of which being with Microsoft. I’ve previously worked with Microsoft’s retail training division supporting major UK retailers with everything from learning and development to in-store execution. I’m a CIPD certified Learning and Development professional, an MCP and an accredited sales coach.

I have over 35 years’ experience in the IT sector, covering software development, sales and professional services roles. For the last 8 years, I’ve worked with Microsoft and their Channel, delivering learning & development programs across EMEA and the US. I enjoy working with customers to help them maximise their use of technology to achieve their goals.

Learning & Development Consultant
I've been working within IT & Technology training for the last 14 years, working alongside companies such as Blackberry, LG, HP and Microsoft. Before joining TRC, I was a Microsoft Product Evangelist, focusing on products such as Surface and Office 365. My greatest achievement in this role alongside my team, was planning and implementing the Windows 10 UK launch for retail partners.
John Capel

I have over 25 years’ experience in the design, delivery and evaluation of learning interventions in sales, leadership/management development and change. I’m a dynamic and innovative facilitator with Global experience. I’ve delivered workshops to all levels and had exposure to cultures in USA, South America, most of Asia, Africa, Canada and the Middle East.

Lin Wilson
Service Delivery Manager
I’ve worked for TRC for 8 years and now manage TRC’s Client Services Team, working with Microsoft stakeholders to scope effective people development programmes from initial objectives to successful outcomes. I’ve a B.A. Hons. degree in Media Studies and broad work experience, as a Volunteer manager in the public sector, as a freelance copywriter and IT sales and marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard.
Katy Baldwin
Service Delivery Project Manager
I've over 18 years’ experience in training and development within retail, IT, communications and marketing Industries. I oversee TRC programme management, covering logistics and scheduling. Career achievements include the design and implementation of new training & recruitment processes for large contact centres and sales forces; and helping to gain IIP, ISO and CCA accreditations.
Helen Bantock
Service Delivery Administrator
I have 15 years’ experience in the Education & learning environments for various companies. I specialise in administration and reporting and business intelligence. Helen enjoys implementing processes within the business to achieve efficiency and implementing CRM.
Mark Gamm
Operations Manager
I have 30 years’ experience within the IT sector, ranging from programming to project management and consultant to director – a wide brief indeed! I get a buzz from finding solutions to the expanding operational needs of the company, whilst at the same time keeping the financial aspects of the business under control.

Valerie Hurt
Sales Coach Consultant
Please call me Val! I have spent my professional career in I.T. sales and management roles, originally going through IBM Sales School and team solution selling into IBM enterprise customers. I then worked for 14 years for a Microsoft Systems Integrator Partner as Sales Director and I’m passionate about developing and facilitating sales personnel to achieve success and business motivation and leadership.
